Transform Lives Through Our Family Self-Sufficiency Program

Oak Ridge Housing Authority seeks a passionate Family Self-Sufficiency (FSS) Coordinator to empower families toward economic independence. In FSS, residents keep full subsidies while extra rent builds escrow savings: fueling goals like homeownership or education.

What You'll Do:
- Recruit & counsel participants, crafting 5-year success plans
- Market program, secure grants, manage escrows & compliance
- Build partnerships with employers, agencies, & our Program Coordinating Committee
- Drive growth: Target 50+ families & 10% escrow increases

Who We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's in social sciences/business/marketing + 3 years in case management, nonprofits, or public housing
- Grant writing, desktop publishing, public speaking skills
- Customer-first mindset: View participants as partners
- Valid DL/insurance; team player who thrives independently

Details: Full-time hourly (40 hrs/wk) | Reports to Executive Director
