Income limits for both public housing and Section 8 vouchers are set by HUD using the qualifications listed in the table below.
Public Housing Income Limits
Persons wanting to live in our Public Housing must have a gross income at or below the “Low Income” limit for the appropriate family/household size.
Section 8 Program Income Limits
Persons wanting to enter our Section 8/HCV Program must have a gross income at or below the “Extremely Low” limit for the appropriate family/household size.
