104 New Doors Opening in 2026–2027

We are hard at work building high-quality, affordable homes for our community. This project features four buildings designed for families and seniors, providing safe and stable housing for over 100 households.

Preparing the Foundation

Phase 1: Setting the Stage

Before we build up, we have to prepare the ground. From December 2025 through May 2026, our teams are:

Clearing the site and leveling the land.
Installing essential underground water, power, and sewer lines.
Preparing the roads and curbs for future residents.

Rising Above the Ground

Phase 2: Foundations & Framework

Starting in the Spring of 2026, you will see the site transform quickly. We are using a "rolling" schedule to keep construction moving efficiently:

April – July 2026: Foundations and concrete slabs are poured for all four buildings.
May – September 2026: The exterior "shells" of Buildings 1 and 2 take shape.

A New Neighborhood Takes Shape

Phase 3: Finishing the Vision

As the exteriors wrap up, our focus moves inside to turn these structures into homes.

Building 1 (26 Units): Completing November 2026.
Building 2 (24 Units): Completing December 2026.
Buildings 4 & 6 (54 Units): These larger buildings will see intensive interior work through the Winter, heading toward a Spring/Summer 2027 finish.

The Finish Line

Projected Completion: June 2027

We are on track to welcome our final residents in early Summer 2027. This project is more than just sticks and bricks — it's the foundation for a stronger, more affordable East Tennessee.
